Add Subtest dialog - Score Profile

This dialog is used when creating or editing a score profile. It is accessed from the Document popup. It allows you to add a subtest to the document by entering a new subtest name, or select from a list of existing names, and then change the name.

A subtest is required even if the only score you want to store is a total score.

Subtest Name

Enter a unique name, with a maximum of 10 characters. When adding a subtest name, you may select an existing name from the list, but you must change the name before you use the OK button. If you attempt to use an existing name, you see an error message.
