Duplicate Record Format Title dialog
The Duplicate Record
Format Title dialog box appears when you are attempting to
import a document, and one
of the following occurs:
- The title of the record
format to be imported matches the title of a record format already in
the destination application and the record formats themselves are not
an exact match.
- You want to re-title
an identical duplicate by clicking No
on the Record Format Match
Found dialog box.
In either case, does not allow duplicate titles
in the same application; you have to re-title the document to be imported.
Make sure that the new title does not match any other output record format
titles within the destination application.
Click in the text box and type the new title; then,
click OK.
