Document Delete Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to delete a document from the application. Click Document > Delete to open this dialog box.

CAUTION: After you delete a document from an application, it is entirely deleted, along with any sheets it contains. If you deleted the document by mistake, you must re-create it.

Document list Select a document to be deleted. The list contains all the documents defined for the application.
How do I…

…delete a document from the open application?

  1. On the Document menu, click Delete.
  2. Select a document from the list.
  3. Click OK.
  4. CAUTION: After you delete a document from an application, it is entirely deleted, along with any sheets it contains. If you deleted the document by mistake, you must re-create it.

  5. If you are using document sequencing, select Options > Sequence.
  6. Make sure that the remaining documents are correctly sequenced. See Document Sequence dialog box for details.
