Document Sequence Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to specify the order in which a batch of documents are fed in the scanning job. If the forms are not fed in that order during scanning, ScanTools shows an error so that the scanning operator can correct the problem. Set document sequencing by selecting Options > Sequence….

NOTE: Document sequencing is commonly used when a header sheet is required. In that scenario, a header sheet is required after "Start of batch." The data (e.g. school district number and school name) from the header sheet is picked up in a sticky field. When the tests are scanned after the header, the sticky field data from the header sheet is inserted into each test data record.

What's on the screen?
How do I…
…set a form sequence?
