Select Portion of ScanTools Sheet in Booklet To Be Used In Item
for Image Scanner Implementation Only

This dialog enables you to include a portion of the ScanTools booklet sheet number as part of an index format string. It is displayed when you select Sheet Number In Booklet in the Build Index Format String For Selected Index dialog.

This selection is not available for archive variable directory or archive variable filename format strings.

Starting Character

Enter the first character of the ScanTools booklet sheet number that you want to include.

Ending Character

Enter the last character of the ScanTools booklet sheet number that you want to include.

Maximum Length of ScanTools Sheet in Booklet = __

This tells you the number of characters in the ScanTools sheet in booklet.

Characters Used = __ of __ Available in Item

The number of characters you select in this dialog appear, followed by the number of remaining characters you can enter in the entire format string.
