Stacker Select dialog

In the ScanTools Application module window, you select stacker options by selecting Stacker from the Document menu. The Stacker Select dialog box appears.

Sheet

Selects the sheet for which the displayed stacker options apply. You can set different options for different sheets on a document.

Options

Enables you to select how ScanTools controls your scanner.

No Stacker Command

No stacker select option applies to this sheet.

Go Unless Edit Overrides

The sheet is selected if called for by the edit profile.

Unconditional

The sheet is always selected.

Stacker

Enables you to choose which stacker tray this sheet is sent to if the sheet is selected. These choices are enabled only if you select Go Unless Edit Overrides or Unconditional in the Options above. If the scanner currently selected in Scanner Configuration does not have a Primary or Secondary Select stacker tray, you may still choose one; however, the option appears in red, with a message telling you it is not available on the current scanner.

Output

If the sheet is selected, it is sent to the output tray.

Primary Select

If the sheet is selected, it is sent to the primary select stacker tray. If this choice is used and the current scanner does not have this installed, the scanner action is STOP. OpScan iNSIGHT 70/150, 5000i, and OpScan 7, 8, 10, 15, and 21 scanners have primary select stackers standard. This stacker is optional on OpScan iNSIGHT 4 and OpScan 3, 4, and 4U scanners. iNSIGHT 20, iNSIGHT 30, OpScan iNSIGHT 2 and OpScan 2, 5, and 6 scanners do not have this stacker.

Secondary Select

If the sheet is selected, it is sent to the secondary select stacker tray. If this choice is used and the current scanner does not have this installed, the sheet is sent to primary select tray, if there is one. Otherwise, scanner action is STOP. OpScan 15 and 21 scanners have secondary select stackers. Other scanners do not have this stacker.

Items shown in red are not available on current scanner

If your configured scanner is not equipped with a primary or secondary select stacker, the message Items shown in red are not available on current scanner appears in red in the dialog.
