HardwareConfig.BaudRate property

Read-Write property.

Type: L_BAUDRATE_ENUM.

Represents the baud rate of the connection between the serial ports of the PC and the scanner. You should generally use the highest baud rate available. If the scanner connection is not capable of this speed, it will automatically adjust to the fastest possible baud rate.

NOTE: This setting does not affect scanners that do not connect using an RS232 serial port connection to a PC.

This is the same as the Baud control in the ScanTools Plus Scanner Configuration dialog.

L_BAUDRATE_38400 (Default)

L_BAUDRATE_115200

L_BAUDRATE_9600 – required for the EZData scanner

L_BAUDRATE_4800

L_BAUDRATE_2400

L_BAUDRATE_1200

L_BAUDRATE_USE_PRESENT

Use the currently configured baud rate.
