Select Field to Store Filename
for Image Scanner Implementation Only

This dialog appears when you are using the Enter Image to Archive Information dialog and you select the Edit button for the Save Filename in Field area. It enables you to select a field within the application output record to store the selected image filename. You can define fields in the application output record specifically for this purpose.

Field area

The fields in the application output record are listed here. Click on a field to select it. The fields used for this purpose are those that are in the same location in all record formats, are of the same field length, and have the same field name for the documents from which iNAME image archiving is taking clips. If a field does not meet this requirement, it cannot be used and will not be listed here. Field names are case sensitive. For example: "NAME" and "name" are unique field names.
