Archive Indices dialog
for Image Scanner Implementation Only

In the Archive Indices dialog, you can select which fields in the currently selected document to use as archive indices for archive image clips taken for that document. Information about the field is written as an entry in the archive index file as part of the post-scan archiving process. For details on the format of an archive index file, see Archive Index Files.

NOTE: Image functions such as Archiving can be defined in any ScanTools program. You can implement your application with OMR technology scanners and plan for future Image technology scanner use.

  2. From the Document menu, select Archive Indices.
  3. The Archive Indices dialog appears. Under the Fields list, all currently defined fields for the document appear.

  2. If you want to remove a field from the Indices list, use the left arrow to return it to the Fields list.
  3. After all fields you want used as an archive index entry are listed under the Indices list, use the OK button to close the dialog.
