Duplicate Form ID Marks dialog

The Duplicate Form ID Marks dialog box appears when a document being imported contains a sheet with form ID marks that match a document sheet already contained in the destination application.

Determine how the form ID marks on the importing document can be changed to make them different from the destination. This can be done by scanning the documents in the New Document or Select Document dialog box of the application module or by examining the forms using the forms ruler.

The characteristics of the form ID marks for the document being imported appears in a Form ID Mark Locations window in the dialog box. There are three ways to change the form ID marks in this window to make the import document sheet unique:

• Change an existing form ID mark. Double-click one of the entries in the Form ID Mark Locations window. The Add Form ID dialog box appears. Change the form ID mark entry. Make sure that the changed form ID mark matches the actual location of the mark on the sheet.
• Create a new form ID mark. Click the Add button to display the Add Form ID dialog box. Enter the new form ID information and click OK. Make sure that the new form ID mark is printed on the sheet in the correct location.
• Delete a form ID mark. Highlight a form ID mark entry in the window; then, click the Delete button to remove that form ID mark.

You may have to repeat this process for each sheet in the import document with matching form ID marks. When satisfied with the changes made, click OK.
