This only applies to scanning user exits, not for Edit or Score user exits.
You can use this user exit to:
At this point, scanning of the document has been completed. You can alter or reject the data record. Otherwise, the data record is written as it is to the output file.
If you reject the record, the message "Reject" appears, and the serial number is not incremented. This is the same way a record is treated as the result of an edit failure.
If you select to stop scanning at this point, and a sheet has been pre-picked, the pre-picked sheet moves to the secondary select stacker without being scanned. To scan the pre-picked sheet, you must re-feed it and the last sheet scanned into the scanner.
This user exit occurs even if the Editor has rejected the document.
