This only applies to scanning user exits, not for Edit or Score user exits.
You can use this user exit to modify the contents of imgbuf (Sheet Image Buffer).
imgbuf (Sheet Image Buffer) initially contains data from the last sheet scanned. As data is received from the sheet just acquired, it overwrites the old data. If you want to change the new data, write a value to cell position 48 in imgbuf, past the timing track of the data you want to change. Then, wait until the value is overwritten before actually changing the data.
A booklet sequence error has occurred if seqnum (Sheet Number) = 0 and DOCCHK was not called between this user exit and the last call to ACQUIRE. If this has occurred, you can take any action necessary to recover internal data structures.
