This function is only available to Edit User Exits.
If the user fails to close the editor when instructed to do so, data files can be corrupted. This function allows an edit user exit to cause the post-scan editor to quit.
CAUTION: THIS ROUTINE CAN BE CALLED AT ANY POINT IN AN EDIT USER EXIT. NO CHANGES MADE TO THE OUTPUT RECORD BEING EDITED ARE SAVED.
