Select Field to Store Filename
for Image Scanner Implementation Only

Use this dialog box to associate a field with the selected image. This field will be used in the output record to store the filename when the image is archived. You can define fields in the application output record specifically for this purpose. Access this dialog box by selecting Options > iNAME Configuration, then adding or editing an archived image. Select a field and click OK.

You must associate the same field identified in the image name (for example if you add Doc "100 Item GPAS - MM223022" Field "Comment" Grid "Comment", you must choose the field Comment).

NOTE: The field must be present in your application. If you do not see the field you want, return to the Application Editing window and use the Output Palette to create it. Verify that the field is in the same location in all record formats and is of the same length as the data being stored.

NOTE: Field names are case sensitive. For example, "NAME" and "name" are unique field names.
