Record Format Match Found dialog
The Record Format Match
Found dialog box appears when you are attempting to import
a document with an output record format identical in title and content
to the output record format of a document already in the destination application.
Do one of the following:
- Click Yes
to use the existing record format with the document being imported.
Because the record format applies to the import document and all documents
in the destination application that use it, the import document will share
the matching record format in the destination application.
- Click No
to continue to use the imported record format for the imported
document. The Duplicate Record
Format Title dialog box is
displayed next where you can change the title of the imported record format
because does not allow duplicate record format titles. You will
be able to change the record format for the import document independently
from the record format in the destination application.
Importing a new document can change the length of a
field or fields in the destination record. They are set based on the largest
sum of grid lengths for the field on any document. This may also change
the record length since the record length is the sum of the fields.
