The Enter Image to Archive Information dialog box lets you enter new image clip information, including directly set the rotation for full page images.
The Image Name shown is from the File Name Suffix area of the Clip Attributes dialog box Archive group box. You can change the name here, if needed. This does not change the information entered in File Name Suffix. The Image Name is part of the file name when it is archived.
Image format parameters refer to the following: Clip Grayscale, Clip Compression, JPEG Quality, Dynamic Threshold Data Type for Bitone Clips, Bitone Edge Contrast Enhancement, and Background Offset for Grayscale Clips. These parameters are set for the whole sheet in the Image Clips dialog box. They can also be set for individual clips in the Clip Attributes dialog box.
Because there is the potential that the settings for the whole sheet (Image Clips dialog box) could differ from the settings for individual clips (Clip Attributes dialog box), iNAME gives you the choice of which parameters to use for each image that you are archiving.
The Save Filename in Field area shows the name of the field in your application output record where the image filename can optionally be stored. This field must be present in your application so that you can select it for this purpose. You cannot enter the field name directly; you must select it within the Select Field To Store Filename dialog box.
Select Edit to open the Select Field To Store Filename dialog box where you can select a field within the application output record to store the filename.
(missing or bad snippet)Select Delete to remove the association of the image filename with the field.
This area can be used to directly set the rotation for a full page image, using the rotation of the background form image from the application, so that it is right reading for the image archive user. It is not available if you select an image that is less than a full page.
Select one of the four radio buttons to rotate the page image as needed. The "A" in the center provides a visual reference to guide you.
If a background form image and full page image clip are both present, the images will be rotated together.
