Enter New Scanner Output File - Download

This dialog box appears when you select Scanner Output file, and then select New from the File menu of the Download main window.

  1. Type the name of the scanner output file in the New File Name field.

Scanner output files must have a .DDA extension. They are stored in the ScanTools Data Files directory (The default directory is C:\Program Files\Scantron\ScanTools Plus\Data Files. Your directory may be different)).

  1. When you have typed the name you want, click OK.

A new scanner output file is created with the name you specified, it becomes part of the current context, and the name of that file appears in the Scanner Output File Field.
