Sheet.Stacker property

Read-Write property.

Type: enum Stacker

This allows you to obtain or set the destination stacker for the current sheet, after it is scanned. Selection of a stacker is done on a sheet-by-sheet basis, so it is possible to spread a booklet across multiple stackers, assuming they are installed on the scanner.

The XPrint event is the only event to use for both reading or modifying this value.

When scanning with a scanner that does not have a select stacker, Sheet.Stacker does nothing and no exceptions are thrown.

Values

stAlternate – OpScan 15 and 21 only

Send the sheet to the OpScan 15 or 21 alternate stacker. If this choice is used and the current scanner does not have this installed, the sheet is sent to primary select tray, if there is one. Otherwise, scanner action is STOP.

stOutput

Send the sheet to the Output Stacker.

stSelect

Send the sheet to the Select Stacker. If this choice is used and the current scanner does not have this installed, the scanner action is STOP.

OpScan 7, 8, 10, 15, 21, iNSIGHT 70, iNSIGHT 150, and 5000i scanners have primary select stackers standard.

This stacker is optional on OpScan 3/4/4U and iNSIGHT 4 scanners.

OpScan 2, 5, 6, iNSIGHT 2, iNSIGHT 20, and iNSIGHT 30 scanners do not have this stacker.
