Custom Delimiter dialog

In a conversion profile definition for these items, Record Delimiter, Field Delimiter, Text Envelope, Input Multiple - Conversion Profile, you can define a custom character to be used. This enables you to choose any ASCII character as a delimiter to separate document records and output fields or to surround text strings (text envelope).

Delimiter value

This is the decimal value of the ASCII character used as a delimiter. Change this value to change the delimiter used.

Prints as

This field shows what the printed ASCII character looks like. Non-printing characters appear either as blank or as a black mark.
