Clip.Page property

Read-Only property.

This property provides a way to navigate to the clip object for the page (whole sheet) if one is present in the ScanTools master TIFF file. A virtual clip object is synthesized by ScanTools Plus Link if the sheet was sparsely clipped in ScanTools to begin with. The synthesized clip has a clip depth of 8-bit.

This property is very useful for quickly creating an electronic version of the paper form or booklet, possibly as a per-document multi-frame TIFF file. It can also be used to present the full page while editing.

This property currently returns a NULL for clips that are not from the master TIFF file (or a clip that is itself a page clip).

Values

Pointer to the clip object that represents the full sheet that this smaller clip came from.
