View Application Setup dialog

If you have the application module installed, you receive this dialog box when you select View from the Application menu of the Main Window.

You must have first selected the application you want to view, making sure its name and number appears in the file bar.

This dialog box allows you to select either all information or selected items of information to be displayed when you view the application.

Show All Information

Selecting this option causes all information listed under subsets to be displayed when you view the application. This consists of the following information:

  • Record Formats
  • Document Parameters
  • ICR/OCR Parameters
  • Translate Tables
  • Document Sequence
  • Application Settings
Show Subset

Selecting this option allows you to choose which categories of information (listed above) appears when to go on to view the application. Whatever you choose here will dictate what you are able to view, print, and search for once you view the application.

Select Records to View

This list area must be used when you select SHOW SUBSET, RECORD FORMATS. You must select at least one record format if you selected Record Formats. If you do not select a record format, you see an error message when you click OK.

Select Documents to View

This list area must be used when you select SHOW SUBSET, DOCUMENT PARAMETERS. You must select at least one document format if you selected Document Parameters. If you do not select a document format, you see an error message when you click OK.
