Document Sequence

On the Options menu of the ScanTools application module, select Sequence to display the Document Sequence dialog box. The Sequence entry on the menu will be active only when more than one document is defined in the application.

Use the Document Sequence dialog box to assign the appropriate sequence of documents in a multi-document scanning task. Each document in the application is assigned a number. A check mark in the box where two numbers intersect indicates that the first document can be followed by the second document.

The default is that any document can follow any other document (each box is filled with a check mark). Click on a check mark to remove it.

If you add or delete documents from an application, you need to check the document sequence definition to make sure it references the remaining documents correctly.
