Move Pages dialog
Use this dialog to change the order of the pages in your document by moving one or more pages to a new location. Access this dialog by selecting Options > Move Pages…. If your document contains one page, this is not available.
When you enter this dialog, the page number you were on automatically is displayed in the first text entry area; the same number is displayed in the second text entry area, enabling you to move just the current page. - after page - enter the page number you want the page(s) to follow
- to end of document - moves the page(s) after the current last page
NOTES:
- For New OMR File booklets, the final file used for printing at Scantron Print Services must have a page count that is a multiple of four, with a maximum of 120 pages. It is your responsibility to make sure the page count is correct and that blank pages, if any, are placed where you want them. In addition, if you Export to ScanTools, the page count of the booklet file you export must equal the page count of the booklet you scan. In most cases, this will also equal the number of booklet pages printed.
- For OMR Laser Printer Only booklets, the final file can have page numbers increment by one, to a maximum of 120 pages. For example: eight pages, nine pages, ten pages, etc.
Consult with your Scantron Print Services Customer Service Representative regarding booklets with more than 120 pages.
