Policies and Procedures for Classroom Training

WHEN TO REGISTER

Registration will be taken up until the day before class. However, it is a good idea to register early to ensure availability.

NOTE: Payment is required prior to attendance. A registration is not considered complete until we have received your payment and the Training Coordinator has confirmed your reservation. Scantron publishes training schedules based on anticipated customer demand. Classes may be added or cancelled based on actual enrollment.

HOW TO REGISTER

You may register for a course using one of the following methods:

PAYMENT METHOD

You may select any of the following methods:

  • Purchase Order (Hard copy required)
  • Credit Card (VISA®, MasterCard®, or American Express®)
  • Check
  • Money Order
  • Wire Transfer
  • Prepaid (Included with software purchase)

NOTE: A registration is not considered complete until we have received your payment and the Training Coordinator has confirmed your reservation. please contact the Training Coordinator at: 800-336-3426, ext. 6123 for mailing address, account information, and/or credit card submissions. Purchase orders can be faxed to: 651-683-6527.

CONFIRMATION/CANCELLATION

Scantron will confirm class schedules and customer enrollment acceptance 15 days prior to the start of the class. At that time, the Training Coordinator will verify your registration and payment status and confirm your seat in the upcoming event. You will receive a letter or e-mail confirming your attendance. prior to this, Scantron or the customer may cancel by contacting the other and then providing written notification. When a customer cancels or reschedules within 15 days of the class, the customer will be billed 50% of the class fee.

NOTE: Student substitutions are permitted without penalty.

EXPIRATION

All pricing quotes will be effective for 60 days. Enrollment after 60 days will be subject to then current pricing. Scantron reserves the right to change prices without notice and to assess additional fees for travel and lodging expense.

Prepaid training seats included with software purchase are non-transferable and non-refundable. Customers must register for a class within nine months of the date of purchase or they will expire. Attendance can occur after the expiration date, providing the customer has registered for the class prior to the expiration date. Student cancellations received after the expiration date will result in forfeiture of the prepaid seat. Any re-scheduled training will be subject to then current pricing.
