Four Levels of Support

Select a level of repair service – Onsite, Depot, Advance Exchange, Co-op Self Service - that meets your goals without breaking your budget. We have strong hardware partnerships to enable us to be efficient, timely, and up to date on the latest builds and trends. HTS is the maintenance provider for all Scantron scanning equipment. We offer the same four levels of service for scanners as for all other hardware.

Our nationwide team of Field Service Technicians enables us to reach you onsite in 40 states... and counting.

With Depot service, when you experience a problem with your equipment, contact HTS and ask to speak to a support technician who specializes in your type of hardware. Support technicians can also provide answers to hardware, configuration, or associated system software questions.

Advance Exchange service enables you to place a support call, send in your device for repair or maintenance, and receive a replacement device to minimize business interruption.

If you have internal resources but need access to quality parts, components, and technical phone support, our Cooperative (Co-op) Self Service solution is the right program for you. Co-op self service recognizes your need for self maintenance.
