This method accepts a window handle over which all dialogs/message boxes will be displayed.
Do not invoke this method for Internet Explorer hosted solutions such as web pages. The browser’s currently active tab (or frame in case of Internet Explorer 6) automatically provides a secure window handle.

The window handle of the window being used by the solution program. The behavior using a window handle is as follows:
The Scanner Error dialog and/or Diagnose window is placed in front of all windows and is modal.
-1 = Desktop modal
NOTE: This setting is not valid if you are using Windows 7.
The behavior using this is as follows:
The Scanner Error dialog is placed in front of all windows and is NOT modal. If the application window is clicked on when the Scanner Error dialog displayed, the Scanner Error dialog remains on top of the application window.
