HardwareConfig.HasBarcodeReader property

Read-only property.

Type: Boolean.

Used to indicate if a scanner has a hardware bar code reader installed.

The value is valid only if the scanner has been auto-configured using ScanningManager.AutoConfigureScanner method, and Scanner.State = L_SCANNER_STATE_AUTOCONFIGURED.

Values

TRUE (Default)

Scanner has a hardware bar code reader installed.

FALSE

Scanner does not have a hardware bar code reader installed. This is always the value for the EZData and iNSIGHT 30 scanner.
