Builds a bubble in the OMR buffer. Exact location and style type must be specified in this method.

[in] long Cell;
[in] long Track;
[in] SideOfSheet sos;
[BubbleType bt);
1 – maximum cell position, OmrBuffer.MaxCell property. This is the read cell position of the bubble along the X-axis of the form.
0 (zero) – this sets all read cells for one specific timing mark position (Track, below), to the Value used in BubbleValue.
1 – timing mark position, OmrBuffer.BackTimingMarks property or OmrBuffer.FrontTimingMarks property. This is the timing mark position of the bubble along the Y-axis of the form.
0 (zero) – this sets all read cells in all tracks (the entire buffer) to the Value used in BubbleValue.
