Read-Write property.
Clips are organized by document in the master tiff file. Clips for the
same document are contiguously stored. A document is uniquely identified
and/or located by its serial number in the data file. In the master tiff
file, a document is uniquely located by the physical position (file offset)
of the Image File Directory (IFD) of the first clip for that document.
This is reflected as the IFD Offset column in the Master
table. Your scanning application file (
This property sets or gets the current position of the ClipServer object. The IFD Offset column (Image File Directory) in the Master table supplies this value when setting the property.
If the clip file has no documents or the position is before the first document or past the last document, reading this property throws an exception.
NOTE: This should be at a document boundary.
